Connect a capacitor between this pin and ground.
A frequency of about 21kHz can be set by using
a 2200pF capacitor.

Hall effect sensor inputs
High when IN+ > IN-, low for the reverse state.
Signal inputs with an amplitude (differential) of at least
100mVp-p are desirable for the Hall inputs.
If noise is a problem, connect capacitors between

Low: forward, high or open: reverse.
