P = power, I = in, O = out, and ST = Schmitt Trigger input.
This buffer is a Schmitt Trigger input when used in serial programming mode.
Pin 12 and Pin 13 have a dual purpose. During reset these pins are used to determine if programming mode
is selected in which case they are the clock and data lines. In normal operation mode these pins are the
upper 2-bits of the button code [S3 S2].
