(1) Vibration Test振動試驗
To be no interference in operation after vibrations, 10Hz to 50Hz for 2 ho-urs full amplitude 1.52mm ,the sensitivity to be within ±3dB from initial sens-itivity,the measurement should be done after 3 hours at the room temperature.
將沒有操作干擾過的咪頭,在10HZ到50HZ、1.52 mm全振幅下振動 30分鐘后,試驗后在常溫下放置3小時后測試,靈敏度變化在±3dB內(nèi)。
(2) Drop Test跌落試驗
The microphone without packaged must be subjected to each 3 drops at three axises from
theheight of 120cm to 2cm thick hardwood board, the sensitivity to be within ±3dB from initial
sensitivity,the measurement should be done after 3 hours at the room temperature.
不帶包裝的咪頭經(jīng)過從3個不同的軸面從120厘米的高度下落到2厘米厚的硬質(zhì)木板上,試驗后在常溫下放置3小時后測試,靈敏度變化在±3dB內(nèi)。
(3) High Temperature Test高溫試驗
To be no interference in operation after high temperature test 70±3℃ for 48 hours. The
sensitivity to be within ±3dB from initial sensitivity, the mea-surement should be done after 3 hours at the room temperature.
將沒有操作干擾過的咪頭在70±3℃高溫下試驗48小時,試驗后在常溫下放置3小時后測試,靈敏度變化在±3dB內(nèi)。
(4) Isotherm & ISO-humidity Test恒溫恒濕試驗
To be no interference in operation after storage test at temperature 55±3℃ and relative
humidity (95±3%) for 48 hours, the sensitivity to be within ±3dB from initial sensitivity, the
measurement should be done after 3 hours at the room temperature.
將沒有操作干擾過的咪頭在溫度55±3℃、相對濕度95±3%的環(huán)境下試驗48小時,試驗后在常溫下放置3小時后測試,靈敏度變化在±3dB內(nèi) 。
(5) Low Temperature Test 低溫試驗
To be no interference in operation after Low temperature test -25±3℃ for 48 hours, the sensitivity to be within ±3dB from initial sensitivity,the meas-urement should be done after 3 hours at the room temperature.
將沒有操作干擾過的咪頭在-25±3℃的低溫環(huán)境下放置48小時,試驗后在常溫下放置3小時后測試,靈敏度變化在±3dB內(nèi) 。
(6) Temperature Cycle Test溫度循環(huán)試驗
To be no interference in operation after exposure at +65±2℃ for 0.5 hour,
at 20±2℃ for 1 hour, at 25±2℃ for 0.5 hour, at 20±2℃ for 10 minutes, with 5 cycles.
The sensitivity to be within ±3dB from initial sensitivity
