火龍HLGX®陶瓷纖維異形件
產(chǎn)品描述：
◎ 陶瓷纖維異形件，采用優(yōu)質(zhì)高純度陶瓷纖維細棉作原料，用真空成型工藝制成。
◎ 陶瓷纖維異形件，均為滿足某些工業(yè)部門特定生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)所需異形制品，每種制品根據(jù)其形狀和尺寸需要制作專用的模具，根據(jù)制品的性能要求，選用不同的結(jié)合劑和添加劑，以滿足使用要求。
◎ 所有異形制品在其使用溫度范圍內(nèi)都有較低的收縮，并保持有高隔熱、輕質(zhì)和抗沖擊的特點。
◎ 未灼熱的材料很容易被切割或機加工。在使用過程中，產(chǎn)品的抗磨損和剝落性能良好，而且不被大多數(shù)熔融金屬所潤濕。
◎ 形狀與供貨：真空成型異形制品依據(jù)用戶要求定制，包括管形、錐形、圓頂形和方盒形，除按照客戶的要求進行生產(chǎn)外，某些異型制品也可以為客戶做庫存，如有色金屬行業(yè)用澆鑄帽和套管、石化行業(yè)用的真空成型看火孔等。
◎ 一般特性：各種異形制品的物理及熱工特性一般情況下與相應(yīng)級別的陶瓷纖維板的性能類似。
◎ 特殊處理：如果需要，真空成型硬化劑或耐火泥可以涂抹在異形制品上以提供保護層。
